Get to know me

I’m Audrianna Patterson.

I received an undergraduate degree from Arizona State University in Integrative Studies with a Concentration in Nutrition. I then earned my Master of Science from Grand Canyon University in Professional Counseling.

I have grown to understand that there is no universal approach when it comes to therapeutic treatment. I firmly believe that clinicians must be able to adapt and meet each client where they are.

“I am proud to serve those who serve our community.”

I am proud to be a Certified First Responder Counselor. My practice focuses on first responders and their families, 13 and up.

My husband has been a law enforcement officer for over 10 years and I was raised in a family full of first responders, including one killed in the line of duty. My family life allows me to bring in a personal understanding of first responder culture to better support responder clients and their families.

Certified Provider

  • Each individual comes in with their own treatment goals, so therapy is different for everyone.

We will discuss your areas of concern and then work together to identify ways to help you achieve your therapeutic objectives.

This is typically achieved through a combination of talk therapy approaches and EMDR (see Services page.)

You can come dressed in your work clothes, gym attire, or even pajama pants. Come as you are, this is a judgement-free zone.

Your comfort is kept in mind every step of the way, therefore you will find a living room style space to welcome you.

  • Therapy sessions are 55 minutes in length and usually occur every one to two weeks.

Depending on your goals, therapy can be short-term to focus on very specific concerns, or long-term to work through more deeply rooted matters.

We will discuss your progress and anticipated treatment time frame throughout our therapeutic journey.
